Sculptra® is a revolutionary collagen-stimulating injectable designed to restore facial volume, improve skin texture, and gradually rebuild your skin’s internal structure.

Made from poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), a biocompatible and biodegradable substance long used in medical applications, Sculptra® helps your skin rebuild itself naturally. This means your refreshed look doesn’t come from an artificial filler—it comes from you.

Sculptra® is a biostimulatory filler, not a volumizer. When injected into the deeper layers of the skin, its microscopic PLLA particles stimulate fibroblasts—your skin’s collagen-producing cells—to rebuild lost support and structure.

Over the following months, your body gradually replaces the Sculptra® material with fresh collagen, resulting in smoother, firmer, and more lifted skin.

They will strategically place Sculptra® in all areas of the face, paying special attention to areas requiring more collagen production. This treatment lifts, tightens, decreases the appearance of fine lines, and creates an unmatched skin glow. 

- Liquid Butt Lift: One of our favorite treatments! Get that booty volume without having surgery. The Liquid Butt Lift adds volume to the buttock, lifts, tightens the skin, reduces the appearance of cellulite, and creates a round shape. 

- Neck & Decollete (chest): Sculptra® can be used to tighten the skin in the neck and chest area. This treatment reduces the appearance of crepey skin and the lines that form with aging. It also has a lifting effect.

-Hip Dips: Reduce this pesky indentations that form at the hips. This treatment provides a beautiful, feminine shape to the hip area.

Your Sculptra® journey at VADARA Med Spa in Mill Creek, WA begins with a complimentary consultation with one of our medical professional-injectors.

During this visit, we’ll assess your facial structure, discuss your aesthetic goals, and create a treatment plan tailored to you.

For comfort, a topical numbing agent is applied before the injections. Sculptra® is then skillfully placed into targeted areas to encourage new collagen growth deep within the skin.

Most clients require a series of two to three sessions, spaced approximately 4–6 weeks apart, to achieve full results.

Results with Sculptra® develop gradually over time as your body builds new collagen.
You may notice subtle restoration after the first treatment, but the full benefits typically become visible within 8–12 weeks.

Sculptra® is best suited for adults experiencing:

You may not be a candidate if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a history of keloid scarring or 'uncontrolled' autoimmune conditions.

During your consultation, our injectors will determine whether Sculptra® is right for you.

To ensure optimal results after your Sculptra® treatment:

• Massage the treated areas for 5 minutes, 5 times a day, for 5 days (“the 5-5-5 rule”)
• Avoid strenuous activity for 24 hours
• Refrain from alcohol for 24–48 hours
• Avoid aspirin and NSAIDs for 3–5 days
• Use a cold compress as needed for swelling

There is typically minimal downtime, and most clients resume daily activities immediately.
